Out of more than 600 nominations/entries, countries such as the Netherlands, South Africa, Germany, Australia, Canada and Mexico were represented. Stateside, event professionals from north to south and coast to coast appeared on the nominations/entries list.

From that entry list, 139 Finalists have been selected based on the event profiles which nominees/entrants submitted to the Event Solutions Spotlight Awards.
